Identifies the property you're drawing. Each property is saved separately in Google Drive.
Draw one or more spaces on the same plan. New spaces can snap to existing walls and corners, and can close using an existing shared wall so you do not have to redraw it.
For bay windows or angled corners. Uses the same distance above. 0° is the flat side of the corner button, 90° is the other side.
Choose the next space type and where it should start.
Pick a reference corner, then walk out Up/Down/Left/Right (e.g. 20' Up, then 15' Right) to place a detached building without touching the existing structure. No wall is drawn for this offset — it's shown as a dotted reference only.
Each property is saved separately with its own address, info, and floor plan. Auto-saves shortly after each change, plus periodic backups you can restore.
