Choose the next space type and where it should start.

Select the walls that bound an enclosed area — like reusing part of the perimeter plus a new interior dividing wall to carve off a garage — and turn them into a named, classified space.

Closed GLA and non-GLA areas are totaled separately.

Each wall stays on the same overall plan.

View the selected wall, edit its length, and manage its openings.

Pick two points already on the plan — e.g. across a bay window notch, or from one end of a wall run to the other — to see the straight-line distance between them.

Rotates the on-screen compass to match the building's real orientation. Doesn't change how Up/Down/Left/Right draw walls.

Signing in backs up every property to the cloud automatically, with periodic version backups you can restore. Your work is also saved instantly to this device as you draw — even offline, or before signing in — so a crashed tab or dead signal in the field won't cost you progress.

Paste your OAuth Client ID here once — it's saved in this browser (not in the app file), so re-uploading a new version to the same Cloudflare project won't clear it.

The top-level folder everything is saved under. Changing this only affects where future saves look — it won't rename an existing folder. You can freely move the folder anywhere in your own Drive afterward; it's found by name, not location.
